OpenFAST as distributed through homebrew does not include version info in the executable.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'm uncertain exactly how this needs to be incorporated into the build process through the git hash. I'm not sure how we need to modify the recipe to automatically get this information into the build.

OpenFAST 3.5.1 as distributed through homebrew gives this info:

Going forward, we may choose to remove this from HomeBrew as we no longer support it.
