Bug description
The openfast_io library in the dev branch does not currently support models with multiple rotors on a single substructure. This is a new capability that will be available in OpenFAST 5.0. The data structures, reading, and writing routines will need to be modified to handle cases where NRotors > 1 as defined in the main input file.
