Bug description
When running an MHK turbine with ExternalInflow, such as a CFD code, flow accelerations are not output by the external code. This causes OpenFAST to error, as it expects accelerations to be passed in from InflowWind. A potential fix exists on the following branch, but it was never tested, as issues arose when compiling the CFD code with this branch: https://github.com/deslaughter/openfast/tree/extinfw_acc.
