Adds a device profile for the OneXPlayer Apex (AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 / Strix Halo).
DMI values verified on hardware:
Tested end-to-end on the device (Bazzite 44): with this profile,
SetTdpLimitroutes through thepower_stationmethod and correctly programs STAPM/PPT via RyzenAdj (verified withryzenadj -i).Note: TDP on this APU currently also requires two fixes on the PowerStation side (GPU class
038000misclassified as dedicated, and vendored RyzenAdj predating Strix Halo) — reported in ShadowBlip/PowerStation#43. Thegpu_performance/gpu_power_profile/inputplumbersections work independently of that.
