Penn LEAD (Penn Longitudinal Executive functioning in Adolescent Development) is a data resource designed to investigate transdiagnostic executive function.
This repository contains data derivatives from running QSIRecon for post-processing diffusion data. We provide derivatives such as white matter bundles, bundle-level metrics, and scalar maps from multiple models including traditional tensor-based models, DKI, NODDI, MAPMRI, and GQI, as well as quality-control metrics.
