theres no point in adding a new homebrew app that adds no new functionality, as VBA GX and mGBA can already emulate GB/GBC

At this point there is no point to approve this ancient app in the first place since VBA GX and mGBA exists and can emulate GameBoy games. Also by that attitude, I will definitely not accept this, making the fact that you are not serious enough for those situations.
In short, I will close this without merging.
