Summary

The macOS readiness summary hardcoded the Dashboard, WebUI, Dashboard API and Perplexica ports, so DASHBOARD_PORT/WEBUI_PORT/DASHBOARD_API_PORT/PERPLEXICA_PORT overrides from .env were ignored and the summary printed wrong URLs. Resolve each port from .env with its default fallback and interpolate it into the printf lines and the trailing dashboard URL.
