docs_core.json contain the oxide core hook documentation
from project Oxide.core, Oxide.csharp and Oxide.Rust

Add hook ReturnType info to Docs_core.json file (see oxide.patcher PR and oxide.docs PR related to ReturnType)

Add a new file (docs_core.json) documenting the hooks used in oxide.core, oxide.csharp and, oxide.rust
Hooks.ts now read both file docs.json and docs_core.json to generate
docs_core.json was generated by hand.
