这个 PR 是在 #1133 的基础上修改数据读取方式
修改成使用 erniebot 下载数据的方式，可以与 erniebot 精度收敛对齐
只需要在 #1133 的基础上 cherry-pick cacb92d
运行方式：
cd ERNIE/examples/pre-training
bash scripts/train_auto_old_data.sh
