用local_map框架替换LocalLayer框架的使用，用于将带有分布式属性的dist_tensor,按照用户的标记，转换为本地的dense_tensor，进行用户指定函数的相关计算，再将计算结果，按照用户的标记切分为对应的带有分布式属性的dist_tensor。
