Remove links to the Discord to channel new members through the Join page

Btw Pato I found this having no description or linked issue opaque at first. I think "Remove most direct links to the discord server from the website to channel readers through the join page" is enough.

Yeah, my bad, I was thinking about the people who already knew about this initiative when I wrote it. I'm not used to people checking my commits and stuff 😅
I will start to use better names for them

Also, I ended up removing the Discord usernames for more consistency, but feel free to add yours afterward

We don't want to move with this until more information about volunteering is accessible on the website instead of in the Discord. Lots of people start pretty undecided until they learn more in the server.
