이 PR은 Spring Security의 기본 로그아웃 처리 기능을 비활성화합니다. JWT 기반의 stateless 인증 아키텍처를 사용하는 애플리케이션에서 세션 기반의 Spring Security 기본 로그아웃은 불필요하므로, 이를 명시적으로 비활성화하여 /logout 엔드포인트가 커스텀 로그아웃 로직에 의해서만 처리되도록 합니다.
