[TUTORIAL] Add + Edit 4 tutos about tutorial contribution #1448

Previously, we had a single tutorial for contributing to tutorials. Now, as discussed with Mari, there are 4:

  • A welcome tutorial specifying the first common steps for everyone and the theoretical aspects;
  • A beginner tutorial on GitHub Desktop with very detailed instructions;
  • Another beginner tutorial on GitHub Web, also very detailed;
  • A final "expert" tutorial for those already comfortable with Git, which only outlines the main guidelines to follow with some bash commands.

Everything has been updated to reflect the latest guidelines regarding tutorials.

All content is in French. Outdated translations have been removed.

Requires a review from @MariJJhodl before merging and launching the translation in all languages.
