기존 README는 옛 방향(Minitron 프루닝 → distillation) 스텁이라 실제 구현과 불일치. docs/shortgpt-depth-pruning.md(Block Influence 원리·calibration·실행법)를 폴더 최상위 README.md로 이동 → shortgpt/ 진입 시 전체 가이드가 바로 노출. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
