…s & spotlight bands Rebuild /research and /services/[service] templates to match the redesigned homepage: light wave heroes, Red Hat Display headlines with Poppins eyebrows, illustration tiles, tone-coded work badges, and one deep-navy spotlight band per page. Adds an `illustration` frontmatter key to each service index.md (with a slug-map fallback), a service sub-nav pill row, and the two new illustration assets.
