v0.4.0:
Introduced AI Features activated in the admin panel and do not need an OpenAI key to work:
AI Answer Assist: Provides answers based on chat history to the selected message.
AI Translate: Provides translations based on chat history to the selected incoming message.

These features were previously available but now do not require additional key configurations and work immediately after activation in the admin panel.
