Summary

  • Add MI355X (gfx1201, RDNA4) and MI450 (gfx1250) to verified platforms in README
  • Fix gfx950 misclassification in CLAUDE.md (was grouped under CDNA3/MI300X, now correctly CDNA4/MI350)
  • Update target hardware tables in architecture_guide.md and kernel_authoring_guide.md with gfx1201/gfx1250 entries and LDS capacities

Test plan

  • Verify doc rendering on GitHub
  • Cross-check LDS values against smem_allocator.py entries

MI355X shares the same gfx950 ISA as MI350. gfx1201 is a separate
RDNA4 architecture.
