Adding Native Linux Package Full Test Work flow

Motivation

This pull request introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow, .github/workflows/native_linux_packages_full_test.yml, designed to perform comprehensive installation and verification testing for native Linux ROCm packages. The workflow is highly configurable, supporting different package types, OS profiles, GPU architectures, and installation prefixes, and provides detailed reporting at each step.

New Full Test Workflow for Native Linux Packages

• Adds a new workflow file, .github/workflows/native_linux_packages_full_test.yml, which automates the full installation test process for ROCm native Linux packages, supporting both Debian and RPM package types.

Configurability and Input Flexibility

• Introduces extensive workflow inputs (such as artifact_run_id, rocm_version, native_package_type, os_profile, gfx_arch, build_date, repo_base_url, and install_prefix) for both workflow_call and workflow_dispatch triggers, allowing flexible test configuration for different environments and package builds.

Automated Installation and Verification Steps

• Implements steps to install system prerequisites, clone the repository, install Python dependencies, run the full installation test via package_full_test.py, and verify the presence of key ROCm components after installation.
