Example Data

This page will give a short overview on how to download and run the pipeline on example data.

Download

Download our example data from Zenodo containing 3D light sheet microscopic images of the mouse brain.

The example data has been made available by the Chair of Vascular Neurology and Dementia at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany by Dr. Nina Hagemann.

Setup
