Description of Change

Integrated AI-powered insights, risk assessment, and personalized recommendations into the Medical Health Report module using Gemini.
The feature enables automated extraction of health parameters (with OCR fallback) and AI-generated insights for uploaded reports.
Users can now also view and manage all previously uploaded reports.

Setup Note:
To enable Gemini-based analysis, run the following and add your API key in a .env file:

npm install
GEMINI_API_KEY=your_api_key_here
