Usage:
WattMan-Profile.exe [profile.xml] [RadeonSettings.exe] [delay]

With optional parameters:

• profile.xml: Path to the WattMan profile
  default: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\AMD\CN\WattmanProfiles\WattMann-profile.xml
• RadeonSettings.exe: Path to Radeon Settings executable
  default: C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\RadeonSettings.exe
• delay: the delay in ms between Radeon Settings menu interactions
  default: 200
