The homepage is an essential part of the CreateJS project. Hosting it on Github will allow it to be maintained for the foreseeable future.

Have these lines intentionally been removed? If so - what is the thinking?

It was unintentional. I moved the default file when I should have copied it.

I like the idea of opening up the website, as part of the suite of things that make up CreateJS.

Hopefully the site is relatively simple. If it turns out the site is database-backed, then migrating to github might also mean doing some conversion work.

There might be a way to automate redeploying the site every time new versions of the createjs projects are released.

Right, I guess it would be a good idea to exhibit a new release in the demo and tutorial pages too. That would mean updating the link on each page, but a simple find and replace script across all the files would suffice.

Yep, the site could alternatively be generated using a static site generator.

I like the site in its eternal glory. We have a lot on our plate. Could we not just update the link to the CDN and perhaps the examples at some point? Maybe the CDN page can be automated somehow - or at least start with that as a stopgap. @owendwyer I love how you made an RFC! It shows that we can do it! I did one too - woot!

Right, I think the site looks fine as it is and I agree with the approach of keeping this as simple and quick as possible.

I'll see if I can get the site working on my GitHub page and then post a link back here.
