I hope someone else is working on this that is more familiar with plex plugins than I am... however, if not (or perhaps as a starting point), this is basic support for the new ITV hub. All it supports is browsing available shows and playback. No search / channels / most popular etc. Enough so my Mum can watch Coronation Street and Emmerdale ;)
