v0.38: Net Guardian shows 'Flock' + 'Attacks' counters

Rename the watch-face Flock/ALPR count from 'hits' to 'Flock' and add an
'Attacks' counter beside it: distinct APs caught in a deauth/disassoc
flood this session. Attacks reuses the WATCHSCORE flood bar
(WATCH_DEAUTH_FLOOD_MIN) so a lone benign disassoc never counts. The
rotating sweep mode + channel move to the bottom status line, which
still flips to the live per-signal breakdown on an alert.
