feat(icon): add icon gradient API

What I did

1. Added an API for applying a gradient fill on <rh-icon>
2. Set default gradient to current, proposed AI gradient.

Testing Instructions

1. See Gradient Fill demo
2. Devs: check if code meets standards
3. Designers: check if default gradient matches AI gradient
