Before this change, the ball mass was (accidentally) scaled using the scale value.
This resulted in the mass of the size 1 ball (KID) actually being ~80g instead of the correct 205g.
Proposed changes have been tested with both size 1 (KID) and size 5 (ADULT) balls.
The mass and radius of the object are now correct.
