Just some minor cosmetics, the biggest change being:

• automatically update the system with latest release packages from Alpine repos on first boot after conversion

Just some minor improvements, notably CUPS now really starts.

Also, there are now two different ISO images, one with US keyboard layout, one with German keyboard layout.
