Placed the call to tess_stars2px_function_entry inside a try/except block #6

tess_stars2px_function_entry will error if passed a sector that is not in range. I placed the call in a try/except block so that tess-locator will continue working on other sectors even if one is out of range.
The only change is placing code in a try/except so I think this is a low risk merge
