- Enable caching - Move things out of script files, and into the .travis.yml file - Use "jobs" key, so that we can name each job

Builds upon #96, so merge that first.
Makes the CI cleaner, and runs iOS builds on nightly (by using the
build-stdunstable cargo feature) instead of tying us down to1.41.0
