Bundles the Chat UI session-organization work, the headless-bridges slash handler fix (#84 follow-up), the stale-session reaper crash fix, the #111 slash-duplicate fix, and the --web --model X persistence fix into a single release. - pyproject.toml: 3.05.78 → 3.05.79 - README.md News: one-line summary entry tagged (latest, **v3.05.79**) linking to docs/news.md for the detail block - docs/news.md: full release notes covering all three threads of work (bridges/headless, reaper crash, Web UI bundle) with code paths, affected endpoints, and test counts (2154 / 2154 passing) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <[email protected]>
