Repairs this broken file. Somehow, the one in master had lost all of its content except for a line of Russian. This, despite being "English" in the file's very name.
Update William Davidson Edition - English.txt English text had somehow gotten deleted, replaced with a single line of Russian text.
Inserts a couple of line breaks.

Somehow, the last commit had gotten rid of the entire English content, replacing it instead with a single line of Russian.
This commit restores the full English text (downloaded from the Download UI on the corresponding Sefaria web page).
