Powershell Ticketing System

Screenshot of Dashboard PowerShell Ticketing System is a open-source tool to allow operation teams to get real-time data based on calls/tickets. See trending data in real-time to understand if you have an outage before a customer call in.

Screenshot of Timeline With several custom dashboards you can see if a specific day (i.e. black friday) impact your operations teams for historical data reporting. All of this data is being pushed to excel from the PS Client, this allows the user the flexibility to use simple data queries within excel.

PS Client

Screenshot of PS_Client The PS Client is build with PowerShell in mind. The PS Client allows developers/system administrator the flexibility to create PowerShell Workbooks that are associated with real-time ticket metrics.
