With several custom dashboards you can see if a specific day (i.e. black friday)
impact your operations teams for historical data reporting. All of this data is
being pushed to excel from the PS Client, this allows the user the flexibility
to use simple data queries within excel.
The PS Client is build with PowerShell in mind. The PS Client allows developers/system administrator the flexibility to create PowerShell Workbooks that are associated with real-time ticket metrics.
