WIP - Resolve ECONNREFUSED

Added the error logs to keep track of the work in progress for getting DAVE online prior to GSoC.

To - do

• Resolve server.py to look for local ports
• Recheck run_gui.bash for possible updates
• Work on main/config.js updation
• Resolve Stingray API changes for some files

This PR is made to keep track of the progress on the fixing of DAVE.
