This PR updates Spreadsheet Gateway with the required updates. Since the Spreadsheet-Gateway has not been updated in a while, this update is required for keeping it alive.
The functionality remains the same as before, but with slightly refactored code. Google API calls are now done more carefully, to make sure they are within Google Spreadsheet API call limits.
The spreadsheet document format has not been modified and it remains the same as it was before.
