Remove the generated ingredient/alloy revision and hash snapshot from packaged resources. RevisionTracker maintains the server copy and supports a missing file; default creation does not extract this snapshot.
Add narrow root-anchored ignore rules for the removed runtime files or generated archive.
Validation: reviewed the exact deletion list; verified every surviving tracked file except the intentional ignore update is unchanged;
git diff --checkpasses. The standard PR build, tests and JAR verification must pass before merge.
