* ci: pin shared plugin setup to TLibs main The setup-plugins action was pinned to 4f7a354, the head of TLibs PR #19, which is not on any TLibs branch. Pin it to 8ef41de on TLibs main. The action is unchanged; its installer catalogue now also lists GemInfusion. Drop -P'!deploy-live'. No POM defines a deploy-live profile, so the flag does nothing. Development and release workflows duplicate the runtime filename. Resolve both from Maven finalName and validate the exact JAR, embedded plugin version and archive integrity before upload. Use the same helper to stage release checksums and build metadata; keep tests enabled and live deployment disabled.
Apply the shared Maven ignore rules while retaining repository-specific local/runtime exclusions. Sources, tests, wrapper files, checksums and dependency documentation remain trackable.
Validation: all 37 evaluated Maven filenames match published runtime names; the actual published JAR passes the shared validator and staging with unchanged checksum. Shared helper regression tests, workflow/shell checks, ignore-rule matrices and tracked-file hygiene checks pass.
