Repository renames left source READMEs pointing to nonexistent project folders, and Archaeo and BreedingBuddies were missing from the documentation inventory. Add their project indexes, correct ActivityTF's visibility label, and repair migrated source links, the CoreProtect contribution badge, and the retired lab branch link. Clearly mark local-only files and unpublished sibling-checkout documents as paths.
Expand validation from index links to local links and section anchors in all Markdown pages, including reference links and linked images. Verify project-list and source-repository navigation and run five regression tests in CI.
Validation: 589 local links/anchors across 198 pages; all 39 source repositories have matching project indexes and prepared README backlinks; 221 unique TF-Minecraft GitHub URLs checked against repository trees/releases with planned README additions; strict CoreProtect MkDocs build, workflow lint, and diff checks passed. Source README fixes are published in separate repository PRs.
