Each level has its own roleplay name, description and chat message. Offensive sabotage
weakens the faction's own spying abroad; defensive sabotage lets rival spies learn more:

The text lives in `special-positions.yml` under `espionage.sabotage`: a `title` and `lore`
per side, `levels.<0|25|50|75|100>` with `name`, `lore` and `message`, plus the shared
`footer` (cycle hint) and `note` (sent after each change; blank turns it off). `&` colour
codes, `#rrggbb` hex colours and `{reduction}` work in all of them. Missing keys use the
bundled text, and existing files gain the section on the next load. Changes apply after
`/faction reloadconfigs`.
