BreedingBuddies has been unarchived, but its source README links to
projects/BreedingBuddies/README.md, which was deleted along with the archived pages. This PR restores the project in Docs.projects/BreedingBuddies/README.md: project index, with build and dependencies (Java 21, Paper 1.21.10, pinned MMOItems/MythicLib/json-simple from ServerAssets, no TLibs installer), runtime requirements and releases.projects/BreedingBuddies/overview.md: behaviour guide read from the code. It covers ownership, co-ownership, care and friendship, states, stable chunks, days out and escape, the UTC daily change and catch-up, genetics, bundles, the farm report, menus, mounts, nerfing and neutering.
