Document release-based shared plugin dependencies, exact build provenance, preview channels, pinned rollback, and the remaining MusicalInstruments source exception.
Add AdvancedCrafting's project index and guides for setup/builds, configuration/commands, architecture/persistence/APIs, and verification/operations. The guides describe the imported source's first-start resource-directory requirements and distinguish compilation/API validation from unperformed Minecraft runtime checks.
Validation: all five documentation checker tests pass; 602 local links/anchors and project navigation pass. CI additionally builds the CoreProtect documentation site.
