Both development and tagged-release builds now select the latest published stable TLibs release. The shared action resolves it once per job, verifies the JAR checksum, installs its exact Maven version and updates the checkout POM for subsequent Maven commands. Action implementation remains pinned to a reviewed commit; draft/prerelease/DEV artifacts are excluded.
Local POM defaults remain 1.1.0. Set the action back to
version: pinnedto reproduce that input. TLibs API access uses the job token; private dependency preparation retains its existing credentials. No gameplay code changes.Validation: workflows pass actionlint; the shared resolver has 11 tests and a live verified 1.1.0 installation. Shared action: TF-Minecraft/TLibs#5.
