Cut jargon from the staff panel's wording

Part of a site-wide pass to remove jargon and clutter from front-end text. The wording was reviewed with Astra (Codex gpt-6-astra).

What changes

• Plugin and infrastructure names are gone from visible text: CoreProtect, LuckPerms, TFMCWeb's bridge and VehicleFramework. Error banners now say "Activity history isn't available right now", "Rank changes are unavailable right now" and similar.
• How-it-works intros are shortened. This covers Movement, Now, Rail and Activity, plus the Ranks status line, which now only appears when something is wrong.
• "Observation" wording becomes "seen", "not seen" and "unknown". The movement map labels its endpoints "First shown" and "Last shown". The timeline legend notes that a gap is not proof of offline.
• Kept on purpose: audit notices ("Views are logged", "Changes and reasons are recorded"), "sign text is hidden", UUID search hints, the explanation of what counts as a rail stop, and the warning that deleting a group leaves entries on players.
• Removed as redundant: "← Back to the profile" on the movement page (the player tabs sit directly above it) and "← All groups" (it duplicates "← Ranks").

Rebased onto #129. Its new Ranks member and weight text was merged into the plainer wording.

Checks

• tsc --noEmit passes.
• vitest run: all 1975 tests pass. Tests that asserted the old text were updated.
