Align the plugin with TFMC’s Minecraft 1.21.10 server and Java 21 runtime: compile with release 21 against the real 1.21.10 Maven server API, declare loader compatibility, and align CI where needed. Preserve the existing dependency preparation and release workflow.
Validation: JDK 21
mvn -B -ntp clean installpassed; this repository has no unit tests. Packaged classes are Java 21 compatible, the descriptor declares 1.21.10, and the server API is not bundled.Local validation used rebuilt Java 21 TFMC dependencies. Updating the pinned published dependency artifacts is a separate release step; this PR does not publish dependencies or deploy the plugin.
