The jar provides onlyorg.apache.commons.lang.*packages, and nothing in main or test sources importsorg.apache.commonsor uses its helpers (StringUtils,WordUtilsand so on). The build does not shade it andplugin.ymldoes not list it as a library, so it was only ever an unused compile classpath entry.Validation: listed the packages in
