owner已经丢弃了， 由于预先规划的代币机制，未来发展需要对项目的一些逻辑合约地址设置成白名单，onlyAuthorize修饰符除了设置白名单无其他作用，而且白名单地址只是不收税(未来逻辑合约必须0税机制才能走通)，并不影响代币的正常运行。恳请通过。祝顺好。
