Update Tfsa and Fhsa calculators to work in 2026

• Had to change the static value 2025 to a function that gets the current year
• Updated broken logic in fhsa to cap out at 16 000$ because I believe that is the max contribution for a single year
• Updated the tfsa year 2026 increase of 7000$. Unfortunately, I am not sure how this could be automated to update every year without using a third-party API. And at that point, it would probably be worth it to just use an API for the entire calculator.

Screenshots/Links: Compared with the website examples I listed in comments on the files I changed. Pretty sure it's good, but not super familiar with TFSA/FHSA. Please check that the logic looks good.
