Support linear FP8 and MoE MXFP4/MXFP8 RTN conversion for HY4 Preview.
Usage:
python3 tools/linear_fp8_moe_mxfp4_mxfp8_quant.py \ --input-path /path/to/hy4-bf16 \ --output-path /path/to/hy4-mxfp4-fp8 \ --reference /path/to/hy4-fp8-reference \ --use-gpu \ --num-workers 8
