This should fix #1 #3 and #4

Here are some tests I did with it on a CaliDragon with an 0.6 nozzle, did a regular 0.2mm without the script, an 0.2 inner 0.1 outer and a 0.5 inner and 0.1 outer

Skipping layers not fixed. I try orca cube in orca slicer.

Indeed, I think it is because its stopping the external block on any "Mxxx" command, @TengerTechnologies what was the original reasoning for this?

The gcode generated by Orca also doesnt always encapsulate extrusions in ";TYPE:Outer wall" blocks, which makes it impossible to predict where an outer wall starts and ends...

Made a few changes to log debug info when the script might have skipped a block without Smoothing it

Wow! I am not print, but in orca last version looks fine. No skipped layer! Thanks!
