This release adds more persons, two turrets, and includes several minor changes.
This release is a (hopefully) stable release, which should work for all users. Note that some features will only work when vanilla 0.10.13 comes out.

This release adds two new starts, a new ship, and several outfits.
This release is a beta release, and not everything may function correctly. Bug reports are welcomed.

- Use a proper ship for timeout instead of the default Marauder Leviathan
- Fix Marauder Behemoth conflicts with Lost in Midnight
- Added a Free Worlds start, with its own set of intro missions similar to vanilla's

- Bump Model 512 spawn frequencies a bit higher

This release completely revamps Rumskib, changing it from a two-ship plugin to a large expansion plugin.
I merged some of my other plugins into Rumskib as well; as a result, there have been 1,991 line additions since the last release.
